Here you will eat between slates, beams and stones; you will taste each product of the land as if it were dishes made for gods. In this traditional restaurant you can try the botillo, the most typical dish around El Bierzo; although we also recommend you not leaving without trying the trout with peppers and Bierzo style conger.
