If you want to go to a restaurant used to treat with pilgrims and which they still cook according to the traditional cuisine of Navarra, this is undoubtedly your restaurant: A traditional steakhouse where they continue cooking in charcoal grill. Main dishes cooked with local produce of Navarra (asparagus, peppers, artichokes, cardoon, borage…). The best: a menu adapted to pilgrims and the possibility to go at any time of the day. A pleasant place in a large lounge to be inmersed there as a native. I recommend you to try the chorizo in cider and the lamb but any choice will be a success.
